Moon Yoga
Yin at 6:30pm
In this class long holds are utilized to get into the connective tissues and relieve restrictions. Yin a great practice to slow down and to cultivate patience.
TUESDAY
Crunch Fitness
Strong HIIT at 9:15am
This is a 45 minute interval training class with 6 stations that will increase strength and stamina. The group setting makes pushing yourself a lot more fun!
FRIDAY
Crunch Fitness
Ultimate R&R at 10:30am
This is a 30 minute slow flow followed by 30 minutes of yin yoga where we hold poses unweighted for extended periods of time. This class is great for relieving tension and restrictions.
Private Lessons
One on one lessons are a great tool for any student, whether a beginner or seasoned yogi. Having undivided attention from a teacher can take your practice to the next level. If staying healthy and safe while practicing yoga is your goal then it is essential to learn proper alignment for your body. If learning more about meditation and breath work is of interest to you that can be covered as well. With a private lesson the focus is up to you.
