Principles And Philosophy

What to Expect In My Classes

How I Teach

Whether you join me for a stronger vinyasa practice, a slower-paced flow, or yin yoga, you can expect thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, and a practice guided by the breath.

My classes are designed to help students build strength, mobility, awareness, and confidence over time. While the physical practice is important, I also believe yoga offers an opportunity to develop greater focus, resilience, and presence both on and off the mat.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to begin. You only need a willingness to show up and practice.

Beginners are Welcome Here

No experience is required to join my classes. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll find clear instruction, options for different experience levels, and a welcoming environment designed to support your practice.

There is no right way to show up. Just show up, and we’ll take it from there.

Vinyasa Yoga

My vinyasa classes are rooted in the relationship between breath and movement. Through thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, and intelligent progression, students develop strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness while building a deeper understanding of the practice itself.

Classes are designed to meet students where they are while providing opportunities to build strength, skill, and confidence over time.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative practice that emphasizes longer-held postures and deep rest. This practice provides an opportunity to slow down, explore stillness, and cultivate awareness while supporting mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Yin complements more active styles of movement and offers space to reconnect with the quieter aspects of practice.
